MetExplore - Metabolomics data analysis in the context of metabolic networks Scope: international
Objective: The aim of this training is to provide theoretical background and hands on session on metabolomics data analysis in the context of metabolic pathways and networks. All the steps allowing to go from a list of metabolites to the extraction of a significant sub-network are addressed. Background on genome scale metabolic network and graph algorithms is provided to trainees. Audience: Scientists interested in making sense of their metabolic profiles. Number of participants: from 10 to 30. Duration: Training can be adapted to last from 3 hours to 2 days. Fees: depends on the training. Dates and place of the next session: February 9th to 13th 2017, EMBO training on metabolomics data analysis (Hinxton, UK). Programme: The main tool used is MetExplore (www.metexplore.fr) but other online resources like KEGG or CTS (Chemical Translation Service) are covered.
